R1 Whey Blend is the protein: 100% whey from concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate, 24 g of protein and 5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs a serve, in a 5.02 lb (2.28 kg) tub of roughly 65 serves. Rule 1 have it certified under the Informed Choice banned-substance programme.
R1 Glutamine is the second tub: 100% micronised L-glutamine at 5 g a serve, unflavoured, with no fillers, sugars, gums or stimulants. Micronising reduces the particle size so the powder suspends rather than sitting on top of the water — it stirs into the same shake as the whey, or into juice, without changing the taste.
