Privacy policy

10xConditioning handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email, phone number and shipping address. We need this to take payment and get the parcel to you.
- Account information — if you create an account, your name, email, a hashed password and any saved addresses. We never store your password itself.
- Payment information— handled entirely by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers. We store only the card brand, last four digits and the provider's reference, so we can match a payment to an order.
- Technical information — standard server logs, used to keep the site running and secure.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your orders, to answer your questions, to meet our record keeping obligations under Australian tax law, and to detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Who we share it with
- Our payment provider, to take and refund payments.
- Our carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations and shipping notices.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are required by law to disclose information.
Where it is stored
Our databases and backups are hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for at least five years, as required for tax records. Account information is kept while your account is open. You can ask us to close your account and delete what we are not legally required to retain.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies: one to keep your cart between visits, and one to keep you signed in. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Email admin@10xconditioning.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
