Shipping & delivery
We ship within Australia only. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Brisbane warehouse; anything after that goes out the next business day.
Rates
- Flat rate: $9.95 to any Australian address, whatever the order weight.
- Free shipping on orders over $99.00 — calculated on the cart subtotal, before shipping.
Estimated transit times
These are carrier estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees. Remote and regional areas take longer, and delivery networks slow down around public holidays and end-of-year peak.
- Brisbane and South East Queensland — 1 to 2 business days
- Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide — 2 to 4 business days
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin — 4 to 7 business days
- Regional and remote — add 2 to 5 business days
Tracking
As soon as your order is picked up you will get an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also see it on your order page at any time, and in your order history if you have an account.
Delivery problems
If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We do not leave you to chase it yourself.
Addresses
We can deliver to residential and business addresses, and to Parcel Lockers. Please double-check your address at checkout — once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a re-delivery after a wrong address is at your cost.
