We did not make it.
Here is what we can still stand behind.
Every product on this site was formulated, manufactured and tested by somebody else. That puts a hard line through what a stockist is allowed to promise — so rather than blur it, this page draws it.
The line
Two columns, and nothing in between.
Most supplement retail reads as though the shop and the laboratory are the same building. They are not, and pretending otherwise is how a customer ends up trusting the wrong party. Left is ours. Right is theirs.
10xConditioning is responsible for
The channel it came through
Bought through each brand's Australian distributor. No grey market, no parallel imports, no clearance stock from a third party.
Batch and best-before
Recorded on arrival, checked against our minimum shelf life. Short-dated stock does not go on the shelf without saying so on the listing.
The seal
Foil and lid inspected on receipt and again at pick. If it reaches you opened, that is ours to fix.
How it was stored
Dry, out of direct heat and light, oldest stock picked first. A warehouse that hits 40°C in a Brisbane summer ruins powder, so ours does not.
What turns up at your door
Sealed, in date, and the product you ordered. If any of that is wrong we replace it at our cost.
The manufacturer is responsible for
The formulation
What is in it, at what dose, and why. That is the brand's decision and the brand's intellectual property.
Ingredient sourcing
Where the whey, the creatine or the greens were grown or processed, and who audited that supply chain.
Batch testing and assay
We run no assays. We own no lab. Any purity figure for a batch is the manufacturer's measurement of their own product.
The nutrition panel
Printed on the pack and prepared to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code by the company that made it.
Certificates and certifications
A certificate of analysis, an Informed Choice or HASTA listing — those documents are theirs. Ask and we will point you at the source rather than paraphrase it.
Chain of custody
Four steps between the distributor and your door.
Authorised distributor
Ordered through the brand's Australian distributor, on an account in our name.
Booked in
Batch number recorded, seal inspected, carton checked against the invoice.
Dated and rotated
Best-before checked against our minimum; oldest stock moves to the front.
Picked and dispatched
Packed in Brisbane and out the door within one business day, Australia-wide.

Heat is what actually ruins a tub
Protein and amino powders clump, cake and lose flavour when they are stored badly — long before the best-before date says anything is wrong. A shipping container parked in a Queensland summer will do it in weeks. Ours is racked out of direct heat and light, squared away so the oldest cartons ship first.
It is not a claim you can verify from a website, which is exactly why it is on our side of the line and not dressed up as a certification.
Who made it
The brands behind the catalogue.
Seven manufacturers, none of them us. Several only appear inside a stack's name — Greens+ is Emrald Labs', OxyShred is EHPlabs', ISO-100 is Dymatize's — so here they are spelled out.
ATP Science
Brisbane, Australia
Australian-owned and Australian-manufactured. Noway is their dairy-free hydrolysed collagen protein.
Dymatize
United States
ISO100 is a hydrolysed whey isolate filtered clear of most lactose, certified under Informed Choice.
EHPlabs
Founded in Sydney, 2012
The OxyShred range, plus lean protein and single-ingredient staples sold unflavoured.
Emrald Labs
Australia, established 2018
Formulated supplementary sports foods to the Australian code — isolate, gainer, aminos and greens.
Ghost
United States
Fully disclosed labels and licensed flavour collaborations rather than proprietary blends.
Optimum Nutrition
United States
Gold Standard 100% Whey — the reference point most other proteins get compared against.
Rule 1
United States
Fully disclosed whey blends and unflavoured single-ingredient tubs. R1 Whey Blend is Informed Choice certified.
Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners. 10xConditioning is an independent stockist and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these brands.
Off limits
Four things you will never read here.
Not because they are hard to write. Because each one would be a claim about work we did not do.
“Lab tested by us.”
We have no laboratory. The testing on the pack is the manufacturer's, and saying otherwise would be a false claim about someone else's work.
“Our certificate of analysis.”
A CoA belongs to whoever produced the batch. We can tell you it exists and where to get it. We cannot issue one.
“Safe for competition.”
A retailer's reassurance is not a certificate. Check the batch you were sent against the relevant programme's register yourself.
“Best seller”, “#1 rated”, or a review we wrote.
Badges on this site are derived from real sales, stock and price. Reviews are customer-submitted, held until approved, and marked verified only against a matching paid order.
Reading the label
The pack is the document that counts.
Everything a product page says here is a description. The panel on the tub is a legal instrument, prepared to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code by the company legally accountable for it.
So if this site and the pack in your hand ever disagree, the pack wins — and we want to hear about it, because it means a listing here needs correcting.
Competing under testing?
Check the specific batch you received against the relevant programme — Informed Sport or HASTA — on their own register. A certification applies to a batch, not to a brand, and a retailer telling you a product is fine for competition is not the same thing as a certificate.
Nutrition Information Panel
Per serve and per 100 g. The serving size at the top is what every other number on the panel refers to — compare tubs on that, not on the front of the pack.
Ingredient list
In descending order by weight. If a “blend” is listed after the sweetener, there is not much of it in there.
Allergen advice
Milk, soy, gluten and tree nuts, plus “may contain” statements from shared equipment.
Batch and best-before
Stamped, not printed with the artwork. This is the code to quote to us, or to the brand, about a specific tub.
A note on claims
The products in this catalogue are formulated supplementary sports foods under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, speak to your doctor or an accredited practising dietitian before starting one.
Questions about a batch or a brand?
We will tell you what we know, and say plainly when the answer is the manufacturer's to give.
