These terms apply to every order placed with 10xConditioning. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description is wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will always tell you why.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken by our payment provider at the time you place the order. We do not store your card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, including their Nutrition Information Panel, ingredients and batch data. Nutritional values are averages and may vary between flavours and batches within the tolerances allowed by the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. Product images are illustrative; packaging may change.
Use of our products
Our products are formulated supplementary sports foods. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women, and should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping page for detail.
Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
