Product details

If you were only ever going to buy two supplements, the research would point you at these two. Both are EHPlabs, so they are formulated to sit in the same shaker.

CREA-8 is creatine monohydrate — the form the long-running creatine literature was built on — at 5 g a serve, unflavoured, in a 500 g tub of 100 serves. EHPlabs' directions are 5 g a day in 240 ml of water, or straight into the protein shake after training. A loading week is offered as an option, not a requirement.

OxyWhey is the protein alongside it: 25 g of non-GMO whey a serve at about 140 calories, with 3 g or less of carbohydrate, ProHydrolase and lactase digestive enzymes, a probiotic and added vitamins and minerals, in a 1 kg tub.

Because the creatine is unflavoured it dissolves into the whey without changing it, which is where these two end up most days anyway.

Full nutritional information, ingredients and allergen advice are printed on each pack by the manufacturer.
