Amino+ EAA/BCAA is the training tub — a full spectrum of essential amino acids with leucine, isoleucine and valine in the 2:1:1 ratio, plus sodium and potassium electrolytes. Free-form aminos need no digesting, which is why this is the one you sip through a session rather than before one. 450 g, 60 serves, one to two scoops in 260 to 520 ml of water.
Greens+ is the daily tub — a superfood blend of chlorella, kale, broccoli, spirulina, wheat grass and barley grass with sweet potato, spinach and alfalfa, a berry blend, and digestive enzymes. A 10 g scoop is 26 calories. Emrald Labs suggest it first thing in the morning in 300 ml of water, or through a smoothie. 300 g, 30 serves.
Greens are not a substitute for vegetables and Emrald Labs do not sell them as one. This is coverage for the days the diet is not what it should be.
