Whey protein isolate is the primary source, backed by concentrate and whey peptides, for 24 g of protein and 5.5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs a serve. EHPlabs OxyWhey sits at the other end of the same job: 25 g of non-GMO whey a serve at about 140 calories, held to 3 g or less of carbohydrate and 1 g of sugar, with ProHydrolase and lactase digestive enzymes, a probiotic and added vitamins and minerals. The tub is 1 kg.
