One tub for the daily protein target and one for sipping through the session. They come from two different brands, which is worth saying plainly: OxyWhey is EHPlabs', Amino+ is Emrald Labs'.
EHPlabs OxyWhey is the protein — 25 g of non-GMO whey a serve at about 140 calories, with 3 g or less of carbohydrate and 1 g of sugar, plus ProHydrolase and lactase digestive enzymes, a Lactobacillus rhamnosus probiotic, and added B vitamins, vitamin C and D and minerals. The tub is 1 kg.
Emrald Labs Amino+ EAA/BCAA is the intra-workout — a full spectrum of essential amino acids with the three branched-chain ones, leucine, isoleucine and valine, in the standard 2:1:1 ratio, plus sodium and potassium electrolytes. 450 g, 60 serves, one to two scoops in 260 to 520 ml of water.
The two do not overlap. Whey is a whole protein you digest; the amino powder is free-form and there to drink while you train.
