Dymatize ISO100 is the fast one: hydrolysed 100% whey protein isolate, 25 g of protein with 5.5 g of BCAAs and 2.6 g of leucine a serve, filtered to strip out lactose, fat and sugar. Hydrolysing partially breaks the protein down before you drink it, which is the argument for using it straight after training. Gluten free, and certified under the Informed Choice banned-substance programme.
Rule 1 R1 Whey Blend carries the volume: 100% whey from concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate, 24 g of protein and 5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs a serve, in a 5.02 lb (2.28 kg) tub of roughly 65 serves. Also Informed Choice certified.
