Rule 1 built R1 Whey Blend as the tub you buy when the job is simply hitting a protein target every day. Every serve is 100% whey, drawn from three fractions — concentrate for value, isolate for a higher protein percentage and hydrolysate for the fast-digesting end — giving 24 g of protein and 5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs.
At 5.02 lb (2.28 kg) it runs to roughly 65 serves, which is why it tends to be the tub people re-order rather than the one they experiment with. It mixes thin in water and thicker in milk, and Rule 1 print the gram breakdown of the blend on the label instead of hiding it behind a single proprietary total.
